How do you ship the machines?
All new machines are shipped in wooden crates by truck. So if you are getting a brand new Happy in a wooden box, you will need to move it inside your shop either by pushing it, if i is a one head or lift it up with a forklift to move it around, if it is a multi head machine. Some people actually take the machine out of the crate just outside their doorway, on a sunny day, then with wheels on, they can simply push it in. As for used machines, anything is possible. Depending on the size of the machine, we can ship by truck, family van or even with a flat bed towing. We have had a couple horror stories in our lifetime, as can attested in the machine testimonial sections of this web site, so we are careful, even proning our own tech to deliver and install the actual machine with our van, a rented truck or a specially hired flat bed for the occassion.
