Is the Happy machine well known in the industry?
Yes, very much so. The "Made in Japan" Happy machines have been around since the early 20's, and therefore have been a pioneer in the history of embroidery. Ask anyone in the industry, Happy is well known, and you will not find any negative comments about them, because they are known for their solid built, dependability and strong metal structure. Happy has been present in all major trade shows in North America in the last 30 years. Machines from Korea or China may look the same, but the inside electronics and mechanisms are far from being identical, so watch out. Look under the hood and also at the after sale service.
