The new Japanese Happy machine warranty is 1 year on parts and labor. Therefore, if you have a problem with your new machine within the first year, we can send our tech for a visit to your shop. Technically speaking, as it is the case with all of our competitors, the customer pays for the traveling costs and the warranty covers only the time spent at your location and the parts which are not consumable. For parts, this is similar to buying a new car and hitting a telephone pole, the bumper dents are not on the warranty. Therefore, try not to hit a hoop. Superpunch has always had a hard time to follow this rule, because we have a hard time charging you 75 dollars of gas when you just purchased a 15 thousand dollar machine. Of course, if you reside a flight away, things are different.
