Do I get training when I buy a machine from you?
If you need it, yes, and if you don’t need it, then no. Technician time, travel costs and expenses do add up and in the end, the end user pays. Of course, if you are a new embroiderer, we will go beyond the call of just training for one day and feed you quick information on the control panel, then leave you. We like to stay with you for the long ride and make sure you will be taken care of, all along your embroidery life. We normally like to train a new embroiderer and then return if possible some weeks later to refresh and renew what had been learned.
