What is the warranty on a used machine?
Good question. It really depends on the machine and each situation can be different. We concentrate on the Japanese brands, Happy and Tajima, and it is easy to see that a 1994 machine will not get the same confidence as a 2008 model. If the machine is in our warehouse, then you will certainly get a certain warranty, normally 3 months on most machines. But technically speaking, Superpunch takes the time to make sure you get the proper analysis of all the machines, either by our tech, or its history. Normally, we know who serviced it, how it is maintained or any other important information. You will get the real story, and we want you as a complete customer, so it is in our advantage to keep you for further patronage on digitizing, thread, stabilizers and other supplies.
