Furthermore, we have developed our own interactive interface on this web site so you can easily manage all your quotes, orders, stitch files, payments and more, which we call”the superpunch manager”.
The Superpunch Manager connects you “live” with our headquarters in Bromont, Quebec, Canada and you can even see the actual progress of your order as we digitize and build your designs. When you place a digitizing order or request a quote, you can upload your files, sort your orders with your own PO number and names and even select your turnaround time, you are in total control! We even offer a 1 hour extreme rush premium service, the world’s fastest, nothing short of it. Simply follow the red and yellow 1 hour service logo, and it will take you through this innovative process.
There is no other experience like the superpunch manager. Of course, you have to create an account to access this interface, simply by validating your email in MY Account. If you choose not to go this route, you can always send your designs the old fashioned way with a file attached in a regular email, not a problem.
