Thank you so much for the help and your tech was great. I really appreciate all the help you always give us. Your service is quick, and your technicians seem to know everything that I don't. As usual, you've proven that we made the right choice by going with Superpunch from the first stitches we embroidered. After 7 years of near constant use and abuse, both of our 4 head Happy machines are virtually running like new.
Last year, during the Christmas rush, we had 4 people working 50 to 60 hours a week, and we barely got everything done. This past Christmas, we had only our 3 full timers (that includes myself) working a few extra hours a week. We finished about 30 to 40% more work, in less time. We actually got to leave early for Christmas break because of it. Only a small part of that success can be attributed to our personal efficiency, the rest belongs to Superpunch, with your superior products and impeccable service.
