Having been in the embroidery world for 10 years, i have had the chance to see and meet many sales reps and many different types of companies that were more than ready to sell me embroidery machines, but the after sale support is another story.
After having met Johnny from Super Punch, i can tell you that i was a lot less worried when came the time to buy a machine and invest, because, with Johnny, i was sure of the service, and i am still to this day sure of the support.
I even bought a new machine of another brand from him, a brand he was not selling, because i wanted the machine, but especially the after sale support.
