I want to tell you about our experience in the world of embroidery. After having bought 3 machines of another brand, which I will not name on here, where we had all kinds of trouble with service and the machinery, we decided to buy a Happy from Super Punch. What a great idea. We have been working for almost 6 years with our Happy machine and we are very satisfied with everything and the after sale service. We can now compete as our Happy machine is up to the challenge.
