I purchased two tajima embroidery machines(1 head and 6 head) from super punch. I had a few problems in the begining, mostly because of inexpierence, but every stupid question i had was answered and the small technial difficulties were handled quickly by very helpfull proffesionals. Everything is going great now with my machines. I would definetly recommend super punch for embroidery purchases to anyone new to the business, also for people looking for a new supplier super punch will really take care of you.
