I would recommend all Superpunch's services and products to anybody. I have been dealing with Johnny for years and have never been dissatisfied. If I have a question or problem it is dealt with immediately. I purchased my first embroidery machines and Johnny came and trained my embroidery person and was available to this day if he has a problem or question. The Happy machines arrived with the service tech. Again if any problems or questions they were available.
I have also had occasion to use Superpunch's punching services. Again with no problems and service I have come to expect. I purchased additional machine 1 1/2 years ago, one new Happy and a used Brother. Superpunch sent their tech to set up both machines and train the staff on the Brother.
I will be purchasing my next machines from Superpunch. I may get a better price on other machines, but I have in my opinion quality machines and service. I have never had any downtime. That's worth a lot.
