With Johnny and his team, you are never in a bad situation, there is always a solution to everything. I learned rapidly that to have a good business , you must have great suppliers and you must have good customer service and Super Punch has it.
I recently purchased a second machine from Super Punch and i did not even shop around for this Happy machine. Why go anywhere else when you dont have any problems???
I want to also point out that without good advice and good communication to solve problems from Super Punch, Bolook Inc. would probably not even exist.
4 years after opening , Bolook keeps on growing, and our customer base keeps on growing. Our machines work and work and do not break at all. We can respect our delivery dates and our customers appreciate that.
