Jean and his staff were very helpful and professional regarding not only the sale, but also the service of the embroidery machine afterwards.
That was one of my fears about purchasing a machine, the service afterwards. My fears were put to rest. We called Jean to set up an appointment to see one of his machines, he was very helpful with any questions we had regarding the machine and open to any dates that would fit our schedule. We spent the day at Superpunch, running the machine that we were interested in. We ran the Tajima machine for about five hours straight, and Jean and his staff showed us how everything worked and how the different types of programs would do certain things.
We decided to purchase the machine and Jean included a week-end of training from his technician. Which he flew from Quebec to Toronto. Their tech was a great help and knows the machines inside and out. We now are getting all of our digitizing done through Superpunch and Jean e-mails every once and awhile to see how things are going. I would highly recommend using Superpunch for sales and also all of their services.
